SHIPPING, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS
Once your order is placed, we will process and ship your order within 2 business days.
All packages contents that are fragile are bubble wrapped (x2) to ensure that your high quality crystals arrive to you in the condition we shipped it out as.
Once processed, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email that you can check the status of your shipment with the provided courier (UPS, USPS, or Fedex). In most cases, your order will be delivered to you within 3-7 business days from the email received with your tracking number.
*If 3-5 business days does not suit your liking, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can determine if there are faster shipping options available. Any of these special requests would be at your cost, and we will send a PayPal invoice for the amount of the sped shipment.
**If you have any issues with your shipment after the tracking number is provided to you, please contact that specific courier with any questions. We are not given any more information than you are and we do not have the ability to speed up the process of their delivery times.
PAYING WITH PAYPAL
If you chose PayPal as a payment method, please note that we will ONLY send your order to the address provided to us within the PayPal transaction. Please ensure that this address is correct before submitting your order. **WE ARE UNABLE TO CHANGE THIS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED**
NO REFUNDS - FOR ANY REASON. Any and all items purchased are final sale. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges of product once your order is submitted.
NO RETURNS. Please be sure you are claiming responsibly and are reading all descriptions fully before purchasing any of our crystals.
