Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

USA orders ship with primarily USPS. UPS may be used if cheaper or faster.

International orders ship with primarily FedEx. Unless cheaper with another carrier. 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: Typically 2–7 business days after shipment
• Canada: Typically 3-10 business days after shipment
• International: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21+ business days

Please note delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

 

 

Incorrect Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or returned packages may occur.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

 

 

International Shipping & Customs

 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s customs regulations.
